Heel Pain? Plantar Fascia, Heel spurs??

My doctor had some advice... I am surprised a simple change in shoe type/brand has decreased the pain so much. Since switching to a 'stability' sneaker Pain is down and productivity is up. Thank you New Balance (no I'm not getting paid to advertise them).
The other major brands too have good shoes but since I know New Balance works I have stuck with them. Here is what I have learned ...

performance stability (small to medium frame, fast running or racing, less cushioning, standard support) , stability (small to medium frame, standard cushioning, standard support) and stability+ (medium to large frame [150+lbs], more cushioning, more support)

American made, cushioning and support where its needed.

Graco and Simplicitiy cribs

Fridayâ??s recalled cribs, priced between $100 and $300, were sold by U.S. retailers and chains including Target Corp., Big Lots Inc. and family-owned Meijer Inc. from January 1998 through May 2007. The recall involves multiple models and models numbers.

The recalled Simplicity crib models include:

  • Aspen 3 in 1
  • Aspen 4 in 1
  • Nursery-in-a-Box
  • Crib N Changer Combo
  • Chelsea
  • Pooh 4 in 1.

The recall also involves the following Simplicity-made cribs that were sold with the Graco logo:

  • Aspen 3 in 1
  • Ultra 3 in 1
  • Ultra 4 in 1
  • Ultra 5 in 1
  • Whitney
  • Trio.

The cribs have one of the following model numbers: 4600, 4605, 4705, 5000, 8000, 8324, 8800, 8740, 8910, 8994, 8050, 8750, 8760 and 8996. The numbers are on the envelope attached to the mattress support and on the label attached to the headboard.

The company is offering free repairs for cribs with older hardware. For more information, consumers can contact Simplicity at 888-593-9274

Cons: Not always stays stuck, Difficult to Dry, Comes loose often

Best Uses: Toddlers, Bathroom Safety, Bathing

Describe Yourself: Child Care Professional, Parent Of Multiple Children, Grandparent

the suction cups don't always stay secure, I've seen two or three other models I'd recommend for better safety.

Scam: Don?t fall for this...

If you recieve an email or contact from mycreditquote.com
be VERY VERY cautious. This company's advertising practice is downright deceptive and  after recieving many legit looking emails, leading me to believe I had signed up with their site I researched thier business online and on the better business buearu (sp)...
Here is the info to be sure no one else makes the mistake I did......

Chuck E Cheese Bonanza...On the 12th the twins turned 5. they had both gotten an email with  a coupon for free tokens, I had some great coupons for a major discount on tokens. Then there were some reward charts they got tokens for.
In addition to the 20 we got with our pizza & soda deal, they EACH got a total of 50 tokens each FREE. Then I purchased the ones I had a major discount coupon for and fun was had by all. The hard part came trying to decide which prizes they could afford with all the tickets we all won. I've heard many complaints about bad times at C E C
Out of all my years of being a mom and birthday trips there I think this trip was the best one out of the ten or so times I've gone. great customer service, good food and best of all lots of free tokens LOL
plus it was very spacious and uncrowded.

Also on the candles for coreen page is a video about a sad story (Baby Kaleb) who you may have seen mentioned a lot on myspace.com..VERY GOOD update today I recieved a note Kaleb is NOW HOME!! The important thing is to get the word out and educate others on shaken baby syndrome and the Maine "'Don't Shake Jake" campaign.
